Angie and I headed to New Jersey for Monster Mania Con 19 this year. We had a blast, met lots of people and bought lots of stuff!
This is what the security cams show this morning at the house.
I'm glad we are in Sunny Florida :-)
I love my BMW but last year, I was snowed in for a week straight! Well, that is not happening this year :-)
2011 Nissan Pro-4x Crewcab 4x4. It is fully loaded. If you can get it, it is in it.
Angie and I stopped on the side of the road in the Outer Banks and followed a path to an empty beach. We found tons of nice shells and there was no one around. We stayed until the crabs came out and Angie decided that they were plotting against us.
Angie and I were on our way to Jockey's Ridge when we saw the Wright Brothers National Memorial. We thought, "Hey, something else to climb...". So we stopped and hiked to the top to check it out.
Angie and I decided that climbing the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, then climbing the hill to the Write Brother's monument wasn't quite enough punishment... so we decided to climb the biggest dunes this side of the Mojave! The dunes at Jockey's Ridge made us realize something; we wouldn't last an hour in a real desert.
Today, Angie and I went to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse... and then proceeded to climb the 12 story spiral staircase to the top. (Yes we made it)
These are shots of the house we rented in Avon from Outer Beaches Realty. Filthy. Angie cleaned a lot of it before I started taking pictures but here is what I have.
I finally bought myself a digital SLR camera. I've been looking at them for quite some time and finally ended up getting the Nikon D3000. Image quality is great, the camera has great reviews and it was in the price range I was willing to spend on a camera.
So... here are some random shots from it. Not too bad considering I don't even know how to use it yet :-)
Pictures from our trip(s) to Blowing Rock North Carolina
Some random shots from the NC state zoo the last time we went.
These are some random shots I took of Angie, Laura, Madison and Kristin to use for some cards. Laura took a couple shots of Angie and me too. Even though the camera was just a Sony mavica, I think the pics came out pretty good.
Pictures of the wild bunch. Roxie, Oola and Sodus
So I bought myself a BMW as a reward for being me... it isn't as easy as I make it look... :-)
Angie and I decided to take a day trip to Mabry Mill and have a picnic.
Pictures from our trip(s) to the Outer Banks in North Carolina
These are some random pics of my brother skating at the local "skatepark" when he visited one summer. I hurt my arm pretty bad (doing a simple 50/50 grind on the coping of a quarter pipe of all things) the day before so I decided to take a camera this day instead.
These are pictures from Myrtle Beach during Bike Week 2002.
